Orders

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.  We reserve the right to cancel an order when necessary, including because of inventory issues, pricing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, or incorrect customer information.

Payments

All orders must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.  Lillure is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship an order within the timeframe promised, applicable federal requirements may provide customers with cancellation and refund rights. 

Skincare Disclaimer

Lillure products are intended for external cosmetic use only.  Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.  Individual results may vary, and Lillure does not guarantee specific skincare results.

Customers should review product ingredients before use and perform a patch test before applying a new product.  Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Intellectual Property

The Lillure name, logo, photographs, graphics, product names, written content, packaging designs, website content, and branding are owned by or used with permission by Lillure.  No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or commercially used without written permission.

Changes

Lillure may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the State of Alabama, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
